This position requires a creative talent with the proven ability to generate great ideas and steward them through world-class implementation as well as inspire creatives and collaborate with other team members

  • Conceptual – crafting ideas and building brands through campaign level thinking.
  • Systematic – detailed, innovative execution of the visual counterpart of an interaction designer and writer. Expert in crafting visual systems and experiences, including dynamic interfaces and large systematic websites.
  • Graphic Aesthetic – master-level understanding of graphic design. Passion for typography and layout and how it extends through the digital realm and its counterparts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reports to Creative Director or Associate Creative Director
  • Helps CD and ACD manage and mentor creative staff and push the work to new levels
  • Collaborates in brainstorming, generating concepts and campaign ideas with creative team
  • Establishes primary visual direction for projects and campaigns based on creative brief and established strategies
  • Directs creative teams in all phases of creative development for projects and accounts, from concept/mood boards through production and style guide
  • Accountable for developing work of the highest caliber, on time and on brand
  • Incorporates best design and technology practices to provide innovative and cohesive support of overall creative strategies
  • Presents creative work to clients and to internal teams effectively
  • Participates in new business development efforts.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years art direction experience
  • A digital native with a strong understanding of mediums that include but are not limited to; Social Media, Mobile, Online, Digital Marketing and Advertising

The Information Architect (IA) helps design world-class user experiences for a wide variety of client websites, web applications, e-mail campaigns, and more. The IA  will support senior IAs on large projects and serve as the IA lead on smaller projects. The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:

Required Knowledge, Abilities, and Skills:

  • BS/BA degree in technical communication, information design, information architecture, cognitive psychology, or related field.
  • 2 or more years of experience as an information architect, content developer/writer, interaction designer, or similar user experience role.
  • Demonstrated in-depth understanding of best practices and research-based principles in at least 2 of the following areas; familiarity with all of the following areas:

Sr. Digital Marketing Analyst- Atlanta

Our Senior Digital Marketing Analyst is responsible for developing and leveraging marketing & media analytics techniques to develop and implement analytics and optimization plans cross multiple clients. These plans then become integral to our clients’ overall business strategies.  The ideal candidate has the ability to not only understand the results, but will be able to apply & communicate media knowledge, strategy, and tactics to internal and external teams.

The right candidate will:

  • Partner with outside vendors, clients and internal stakeholders to design and implement measurement and optimization plans that provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Will also be able to articulate and coordinate the capture of the appropriate performance metrics to determine marketing campaign success or failure.
  • Will have a working tactical knowledge of email, digital media, and web related performance tracking tools such as Silverpop, ExactTarget, Lyris HQ, DART, Kenshoo, Google Analytics, Webtrends, Coremetrics, Omniture, Clicktales or similar tools.
